7:00 AM – Volunteers arrive for event set up
10:00 AM – The picnic will open
12:30 PM – Chili cookoff judging will begin
2:00 PM – Raffle ticket drawing and cookoff winners announced

CHILI COOK-OFF AREA HAS FIXED PICNIC BENCHES
THAT CANNOT BE MOVED. THEREFORE, BE PREPARED TO GET CREATIVE.
CONTACT CHILI CHAIR OR CO-CHAIR FOR DETAILS.

Be at the Park by 8 AM for Set-Up

Central Office will supply:
• Spoons
• Napkins
• Cups (a small cup sells for one ticket and a large cup sells for two tickets)

Your Group Needs to Supply:
1-2 Large pots of CHILI Tenting…Limited shade trees
Condiments (such as cheese, crackers, and onions) , Decorations/Costumes
Serving Spoons / Ladles, Paper Towels / Sponges for cleaning
Heating Device (There’s no electricity), Container to hold tickets

Bring Your Group Sign or Flag & Get Ready for a Day of Fun With Al-Anon & Al-Teen Participation

• There will be NO electricity or water provided
• There will be no sale of any items at your booth other than chili; no exceptions.
• All chili must be served in cups provided by Central Office [2 sizes- small (1 tkt) & large (2 tkts)]
